研究发现喝咖啡并不能变得更清醒
我们一直都有一个错误的认识，就是以为喝咖啡可以提神，但是最近科学家通过研究发现发现饮用者觉得喝咖啡会变得清醒只是一种身体渴望药物的反应，它并不能让你清醒多少，即使有一点效果那也其实是心理作用。事实上研究发现咖啡爱好者需要天天喝咖啡才可以使其自身的警觉性和不喝咖啡的人一样，也就是说咖啡还是少喝为妙。来自Bristol 大学的心理学教授Peter Rogers 说：我们的研究显示咖啡因并不能给我们带来任何优势。虽然我们觉得喝咖啡让人更精神，但实际上它只是把我们带回正常水平，而且长时期摄入咖啡因还会增加焦虑感。
